Each 3MF is a Bambu Studio project (six plates; letters with enclosed counters get one or two extra plates) (P2S, 0.4 mm, Textured PEI): body · front face · back diffuser + web · front diffuser + twigs · stand + lid (4 pucks) · spider. All four filaments use the Bambu PLA Basic profile; your colour choices are written into the project's filament colours. Letters with enclosed counters (A B D O P Q R) have no stencil bridges: each counter centre is its own part that sits in the opening flush with the face. Two 3 mm pins on its back go through 3.4 mm holes in the diffuser, and printed caps push onto the pins from inside the box. Assembly: slide the diffuser in, drop the centre into the opening from outside, then press the caps on from inside before the lid goes on. On some letters the back counter is held by solid material hidden under the spider, so it has no separate back centre. Lightweight print settings: the body and face print with 1 wall loop (still a solid skin on both sides of every wall), with 2 loops kept where parts fit together (spigot, rails, lid ribs, peg holes); body infill 5%, face infill 10%. Outside shape and dimensions are unchanged. The brown front face clicks in with 4 hidden snap tabs (2 per side) that catch in small pockets inside the black body: push it in until it clicks, pull firmly straight out to remove; no glue. A new face needs the matching new body (older bodies have no pockets).
